BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW:• I, THE ARTIST, AM NOT RESPONSIBLE THE CLIENT FAILS TO READ THE GIVEN TERMS OF SERVICE PROVIDED.
• COMMISSIONER IS TO ACKNOWLEDGED THIS IS A PAID SERVICE FOR A DIGITAL PRODUCT OR GOODS. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED.
• PAYMENT CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF THE COMMISSION PROCESS HAS STARTED.
• I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE YOUR COMMISSION OFFER IF I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE.

Payment and Commission Information

• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
• Commissions are in euros (€) only.
• Any payment are made through PAYPAL.
• PayPal invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.
• These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay 50% aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.

THAT INCLUDES TO SELL, REDISTRIBUTE LICENSE, OR GAIN PROFITS FROM THE COMMISSION (UNLESS WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT OR PAYING A ROYALTIES FEE).
• HIDRIAL RECIEVES RIGHTS TO CLAIM 100% OF ANY UNAUTHORISED PROFITS MADE OFF FROM THE ARTWORK USE.
